Returns Policy at PC Mart

At PC Mart, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, we reserve the right to refuse any return requests. After receiving your order, you have 12 hours to report any damaged or missing items upon delivery. Our support team will conduct a thorough investigation to resolve any issues.

Eligibility for Returns

Damaged Items:
Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Change of Mind/Cash Back Warranty:
You have 15 days to return your product for a full refund.

Packaging Requirements:
All components and accessories must be included and properly packed in the original box.

Refund Processing:
Once we receive the returned item at our facility, your refund will be processed within 3-5 days. If you experience any delays in receiving your refund, please contact your bank for assistance.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time. However, if your order has already left our warehouse, cancellations can only be processed by contacting us directly. If you’d like to modify your order or add additional items, please let us know during your call.

Refunds for Orders

Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund within 3-5 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid in cash, your refund will also be provided in cash. All returns will undergo a thorough inspection before processing refunds.
