Delivery Charges and Data Backup
If your product is under warranty, PCMart will cover all delivery charges associated with repairs. In order to safeguard the pieces of information mentioned above it is recommended that all data be backed up before forwarding the device. Strictly speaking, and from a precautionary perspective, we format all data and carry out intensive scans.

Repair Process
Our usual repairing procedure may last from one to two business days. That is if you were under warranty you will not need to pay anything for repair as the warranty period gets extended. Our tech warranty includes repair, replacements and software support to give you that added security. All products are backed by a tech warranty of one year and consumers are allowed 15 days for returns.

Warranty Voiding Conditions
